Algeria Summer Camp 2026

As part of the efforts aimed at strengthening the bonds connecting members of the national community abroad with their motherland, and reinforcing their national and cultural identity, the Consulate General of Algeria in San Francisco informs the members of the national community residing within its consular district that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the Ministry of National Education, has launched an educational initiative consisting of opening classes for children of the national community abroad, in the form of educational Summer Camps, to coincide with their stay in the homeland during the summer holidays.
This initiative is scheduled to take place from July 6 to August 13, 2026, and aims to enable the children of our community to benefit from Arabic language lessons based on the national curriculum, and to enhance their knowledge of the foundations of the national identity in its various historical, civilizational, and spiritual dimensions.
Beneficiaries of this initiative will be distributed across classes according to two age groups: the first class is dedicated to children aged between 8 and 12 years, while the second class is intended for children aged between 13 and 16 years.

The concerned provinces (14 provinces):
Chlef, Béjaïa, Biskra, Tlemcen, Tiaret, Algiers (capital), Jijel, Sétif, Skikda, Annaba, El Bayadh, El Oued, Khenchela, Aïn Témouchent.

Registration is made upon request from parents wishing to enroll their children during their stay in Algeria for the summer holidays, in accordance with the principle of "first registered, first served".
