NATIONALITY CERTIFICATE

The Consulate General can issue the Algerian Nationality certificate to Algerian nationals established within its jurisdiction
Applications are submitted through the Ministry of Justice platform, after processing by the competent judicial authorities, you will receive the certificate, electronically signed and ready for issuance.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Application Form completed and signed.
Applicant's Algerian birth certificate in Arabic.
Father's or Mother’s Nationality certificate
Father’s or Mother’s Algerian birth certificate in Arabic
Grandfather’s Algerian birth certificate in Arabic.
Mother’s Grandfather’s Algerian birth certificate in Arabic.
Copy of the decree of acquisition of Algerian nationality (if available).
Executive copy of the final judicial decision confirming the father's or Mother’s original Algerian nationality.
Notarized copy of the applicant's official ID (either Algerian or US).
All information in your documents must match. The judicial authority may request your civil status document corrections before issuing the Algerian Nationality certificate.
