PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION

TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION

An Algerian minor who is accompanied by one parent (either the father or mother) while leaving Algeria is not required to obtain parental authorization for travel.
However, this document becomes necessary at any Border Control Point when the minor is leaving Algeria in the company of a third party

Application Form to be signed by the tutor and notarized.
Notarized copy of your Tutor’s Algerian passport (main page), Algerian ID Card, Consular Card or Military card.
Proof of legal tutorship (Family book, birth certificate, divorce decree, kafala…)
USPS Money order of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50).

PASSPORT ISSUANCE AND PICKUP AUTHORIZATION

If the application for a minor’s passport is not made by his legal tutor.
Application Form to be signed by the legal tutor and notarized.
Notarized copy of the Tutor’s Algerian passport (main page), Algerian ID Card, Consular Card or Military card.
Proof of legal tutorship (Family book, birth certificate, divorce decree, kafala…)
USPS Money order of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50).
