POWER OF ATTORNEY
- The Power of attorney is a legal document that appoints someone (procurator) to manage your personal or business affairs on your behalf. It allows you to define and limit the given authority to the person who will act for you.
- This service is offered exclusively to Algerian citizens without a prior appointment for use in Algeria and could be requested by mail directly to the Consulate General of Algeria in Algeria in San Francisco, 465 California St., Suite 900, CA 94104.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Proxy Form to be signed by the applicant and notarized before a public notary.
- Notarized copy of your Algerian passport (main page), Algerian ID Card, or Military card.
- USPS Money order of Six Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($6.25) for each proxy.
- For a faster and safer return of your documents, provide a Priority Mail return envelope from USPS.
