• Two (2) recent passport photos 2x2 inches (51x51 mm) in size.
• One (01) original Algerian birth certificate (12S are not accepted).
• One (01) copy of the last diploma or school enrolment certificate.
• Original previous deferment document.

• Copy of the family book for the parents.
