DRIVING CERTIFICATE

Algerian citizens as well as foreigners’ holders of an Algerian driving license can apply online for the driving competence certificate.
Create an account on the website of the Ministry of Interior: https://capacitepc.interieur.gov.dz/
Once the account is activated, the application can be submitted, and q receipt is delivered (to be kept).
The certificate can be then picked up in person from the Consulate General by providing the receipt, a valid ID, and proof of residency in the US.
The competence certificate is valid for six months.
