FAMILY VISA

Issued to members of an Algerian family who’s registered at the Consulate General.
Visa Application Form to be filled out on-screen, printed, dated and hand signed.
One (1) recent standard photo.
A copy of the Algerian relative’s consular card.
A copy of the document stating the relation with the Algerian relative (marriage certificate, birth certificate…).
The original passport and a copy of the main photo page (passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain a minimum of two (2) blank pages).
For non-US passports, provide a copy of the US legal residency (Green Card, or appropriate visa).
Proof of address within our consular jurisdiction (Valid Driver's License, Utility Bill, Bank or credit card statement, insurance policy or bill…).
For a faster and safer return of your documents, provide a Priority Mail return envelope from USPS.
USPS Money order with the amount specified below depending on the type of visa.
The visa fee for US passports is 160$ (Non-refundable).
