VISA PROCEDURE

The Consulate General processes visa applications from residents of its consular jurisdiction in 19 US States.
The application form must be electronically filled out, clear and accurate with pictures pasted as indicated in the form.
Processing time varies according to the type of visa and bilateral agreements.
Applications submitted in person or sent by mail are generally issued within a week from the date of reception.
Applicants are urged to apply sixty (60) days before their travel.
The Consulate General may request additional documents.
Submitting the required documentation does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.
